Ecom/Shopify Virtual Assitant Needed

Looking for a full-time VA for our e-commerce stores who can work 35-45 hours a week.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creating Video Ads
- Create Video ads for social media using the raw photos and videos provided.

2. Product Research
- Researching products to upload using given criteria or tools
- Keeping an eye for hot selling products from other stores

3. Product Listing
- Uploading products with good title and description and pictures.
- Editing product photos (removing watermarks etc)

4. Customer Support
- Checking on orders status and tracking
- Processing disputes with suppliers, refund and replacement
- Attending to customer inquiries professionally and conversational
- Understands how to satisfy each customer based on the inquiries

5. Order Fulfillment
- Processing orders through Dropified
- Search for other suppliers
- Updating tracking numbers to PayPal

6. Facebook Moderation
- Moderate or remove Negative Facebook comments
- Answer queries or messages on Facebook Messenger

7. Picture Editor
- Create Ad photos
- Edit product photos

Should be willing to learn new things if required.
