Virtual Assistant

JOB OVERVIEW:
• I am seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Assistant who is extremely familiar with Amazon Seller Central (US, CA, and EU) and Google Adwords/Shopping expert. Primary responsibilities include product uploading to Amazon system.
• Fully understands how to effectively submit and manage/monitor cases on Amazon Support system.
• This is an exciting full-time (40 hrs/wk) position which pays $1.00 - 1.50/hr ($ ---------- /month) depending on prior experience and performance. Long-term position available for the right candidate.
• Job to start as soon as an excellent candidate is selected for hire.

YOU WILL ASSIST WITH THE FOLLOWING TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Regularly optimize Amazon Listings with keyword-rich search terms/titles with descriptive bullet points (Keyword Research, Google Adwords), newly uploaded products as well as previously uploaded items
• Ensure we maintain excellent Account Health, by ensuring performance metrics are effectively and proactively addressed on a weekly basis
• After initial infrastructure work is done (product uploading for), you will be assigned to maintain our listings, assist with customer service/issues, conduct market/product research and support with Social Media advertisements (Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yahoo, etc)
• Daily report of work by email

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have prior Amazon Seller Central
• Social media marketing experience is a plus
• Strong experience with the following tools/systems: Dropbox, Microsoft Excel, Word, Photoshop
• Data entry, email management, and technical and creative writing skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills as well as a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and the ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing and growing team.
