Instagram/Social media manager for big fashion brand - Must be fashion & beauty enthusiast

Be part of a well-known women’s fashion brand and friendly/positive team from New York.

This is a social media & public relations manager job with a lot of research assignments & creative ---------- ’s $4.5 an hour 40 hours a week preferred hours are 9am-5pm EST (it’s basically a night job but we can be flexible with it) must be online the whole time with an hour break. For very skilled and hardworking individuals, we give out bonuses. This is long-term position with a happy, respectful team that are all friends.

Required:
-Must be instagram savvy and be a frequent user of it. Understand and know of the female fashion & beauty influencers out there. Know the current trends.
- Have perfect written english and know american slang/culture because you will be replying to customers and influencers.
-Very important - must be able to conduct deep web research on complicated topics with scarce information out there and dig out all the information there is on that topic in a report explaining your findings.
-Must be extremely organized and keen eye to detail.
-Be creative & tell me your opinions on how we can always improve/growth hack

Preferred:
- Have graphic design/photography skills and have good aesthetics. Let me know how well you know photoshop and if you have a DSLR, if not can you take great photos on your phone and edit them. Please send a link to your work or instagram handle.
- Do you have video editing skills (it’s ok if you don’t)
- It would be great if your creative & feel comfortable making stories on our instagram, create content around talking into camera (pre-record yourself first).

Tasks include but not limited to:
-Customer service via instagram, facebook, facebook ads
- Creative work with pitching, social media, etc
-Researching fashion and beauty micro-influencers
- Creating graphics, please let me know right away if you do have any Adobe skills and which exact ones.
-Being organized and paying close attention to details like spelling out the letter eight in headline when responding to this job post.
-Helping with public relations pitches
-Doing research and writing up assignments on your findings.
