VA with Microsoft Publisher

I am looking for help with one main project and a few others. The main project is to convert an Excel file that is a database of companies into a directory of businesses in pdf form using microsoft publisher, using one of their templates and simply copying and pasting the business info.

I am looking to communicate with you via near daily phone calls during my commute to work. My commute is sometimes at 6am PST (9pm in the Philippines) and sometimes at 8amPST (11pm in the Philippines) I am not sure how long the phone calls need to last, probably sometimes 15 minutes, maybe longer.

The other projects include:
helping enter more companies into this biz database
looking for a space in silicon valley for a festival, helping build a website for this festival, setting up social media accounts for festival
some personal errands like looking for babysitter, budgeting, looking for restaurants, etc.
