Business Analyst

Core Development Inc, is looking for a creative individual who is passionate about finding solutions to complex Ecommerce issues. We need a Business Analyst with expert level experience in the Magento Ecommerce platform and in ecommerce development best practices. You will be working as the intermediary between our clients and the development team helping to ensure that requirements are captured and communicated seamlessly between the two groups. We need someone that is smart, organized, extremely detail oriented, and can help our developers know what our clients need. We also need someone that has excellent English writing and vocal skills with a neutral accent. What You Will Be Doing

• Work directly with our US-based clients to create a working knowledge of our
client's overall eCommerce strategy.

• Coordinate and lead discovery meetings with clients to discuss project
requirements. These sessions are often rapid-paced and require the ability to
actively participate as well as document meeting minutes.

• Prioritize tasks based on client input.

• Participate as the primary liaison between the development team and clients to
answer questions and keep work moving.

• Attend and actively participate in eCommerce status meetings that cover all
eCommerce needs.

• Understand and communicate standard features/functionality of the Magento
Commerce platform to client business users. Additionally, possess the ability to
determine where customization are necessary to meet requests of clients.

• Create testing plans and outline specific scenarios to be executed by testers to
ensure a high level of quality in final solution.

• Provide daily and weekly progress reports to clients about how development of
their tasks is proceeding.

• Final testing of completed tasks to confirm that they meet client expectations.

• Generate invoices for clients based on work completed.

What You Need For This Position

• Great English writing and speaking skills with neutral accent.

• At least 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or similar field

• Problem-solving skills related to highly technical ecommerce related subjects

• Experience gathering business requirements from clients

• Ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical personnel
and translate them into requirements

• Technical expertise and experience in documentation of integrations, system
requirements, an workflows

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
