ERP Support Specialist

Position Level: Experienced
Qualification: College Graduate

Responsibilities:
? Help Desk Support for A2000 ERP Software (Desktop & Web) and customization programs.
Duties:
? Provide help desk support services on A2000 ERP Products following our help desk support protocols and policies to deliver the required Service Level Agreement to the customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
? Education: Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration.
? Years of Experience – Preferably 1 year(s) experience in the related field or technical support.
? Experienced in implementing, supporting & using any ERP or accounting software package like Oracle, Netsuite, SAP, MYOB, Quickbooks, etc are also welcome to apply.
? Skills: Customer Service, Presentation, Negotiation and Building Relationship.
? Can communicate well in English to liaise with customers.
? Ability to communicate in Chinese dialects would be greatly beneficial.
? Salary Range: 20K to 25K
