• Support the development of HRH strategy, policies, and standards and implementation;
• Assist the MOH to develop staff TORs and advertisements to hire HRH Unit staff
• Assist the HRH Unit to develop and annual work plan and workflow management systems
• Develop and implement strategy for strengthening capacity and expertise in HRH.
• Conduct literature reviews and communicate key documents and new evidence to staff on an ongoing basis
• Design, write and communicate guides and tools for strengthening the HRH functions of health systems and programs as requested
• Develop HRH training materials and resources
• Develop a plan to strengthen district HR capacity
• Monitor and evaluate the HRH functions of health systems, especially at sub-national level
• Design retention strategies for health workers in US
• Support HRH Unit staff to design and management of HRH management information systems, especially at the sub-national level.
