Insurance Agency Assistant

PRIOR INSURANCE QUOTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

Tasks include:


- obtaining quotes from companies for business insurance, general liability, workers comp, and possibly auto insurance
- preparing quotes by editing PDF files
- completing ACORD forms based on data we receive
- taking client data from an online lead request and putting it into an application (PDF file)
- other tasks related to obtaining quotes and helping with insurance

Experience preferred with:

- Online quoting of insurance
- Using application information to obtain quotes
- ACORD forms
- general liability and property quoting
- calling clients to tell them we sent them an email or that they have forgotten to fill out an electronic form

We use ASANA for task management. You do not have to be familiar with it, but if you are, it is helpful.

WE NEED 20 - 30 HOURS A ---------- may grow to full time at 40 hours.
