Position Overview

As our Social Media executive you will be responsible for managing social media scheduling, posting and general upkeep of our brand pages - including planning content, writing engaging captions, tagging products properly and responding to or leading any customers to our support teams via direct message and/or comments on our pages and posts.


Success in this role requires an obsession with detail, a strong and efficient work ethic, an in depth understanding of social media in an ecommerce content and a natural creative flair and appreciation for digital aesthetics.



Primary Objectives

- Create, curate and generally source high quality and relevant content for our brand instagram and facebook pages.
- Take responsibility for responding to or leading customers from social media to our support teams
- Understand brand objectives and plan content and general visual message in line with this


Basic Qualifications

- In depth understanding and experience with Facebook and Instagram page management
- Proven work history with previous employers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays if required
- Strong punctuality and attention to detail - you should be working on time and proactive with any problems in contacting your team leaders etc.
- 100% Fluent in English speaking and writing

Preferred Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working as part of an ecommerce brand team
- Experience working as part of a remote team and knowing how to communicate efficiently and well
- Experience managing a growing brand’s social media pages
