Gifted, experienced web designer wanted.

I'm in search of a creative web designer who is ready to start a small job ASAP.

I have an existing website that I'm working on but I'm not happy with how it is turning out so I'm looking for somebody who can look at what we have now and mock up some suggest changes. Basically, you'll be redesigning the header and some on page elements as well as making color pallet and layout suggestions.

My ideal candidate would have multiple years experience doing Photoshop mock-ups for websites at a professional level.
