JOB OVERVIEW

This position is for a part-time administration assistant. It is currently expected the successful candidate will have approximately 8 hours work per week, spread over 4 days with the workload expected to increase over time.

The successful applicant will be required to help with the following tasks:

* Calendar Management - keeping the business calendar up to date with appointments, closures and availability.

*Email Management - Responding to customer emails. Must have the ability to appropriately alter template emails to suit a client's inquiry. Following up on enquiries.

*Blog Management - Uploading, scheduling and optimizing word press blog posts using the SEO By Yoast Plugin.

*Monthly Newsletter Compilation using Mail Chimp.

*Social Media Management - scheduling of posts to two facebook pages, interaction with comments, responses to messages.

Fluency in UK English Essential.

Experience with the following systems advantageous:
Mail Chimp
Wordpress & Yoast Plugin
Facebook Page Manager

Ability to work in Photoshop and experience in SEO favourable but not essential.
