????Convert sketches to detailed Adobe Illustrator vectors

Hello! I am looking to hire amazing graphic designers who are experts in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. You must have experience designing a wide range of items from t-shirts to posters to hats.

I am looking for great, happy, creative people who can meet deadlines and follow directions. But, I also will let those who do great work have the freedom to be creative. You must be detailed oriented and precise. I only want top-notch design quality.

You must be an expert in:
- Graphic design
- Converting hand-drawn sketches to detailed vector art files
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Slack for project management

I have about 40 design sketches ready to go and will start by asking you to do two of them as a test.

VERY IMPORTANT: I do not want the layouts to include computer fonts (unless they match the sketches very, very closely). Please watch this video for how I would like these done: ----------
