Registration Process

Hello,
I would like to have designed a registration process for existing and new clients to sign up for classes they wish to attend.

The registration process contains some age calculations, conditional logic statements (Example: If A>B then C) and time triggers to end signup availability. Much keep a running total for checkout. Also need to be able to generate lists of people who sign up etc. More details will be provided at time of agreement.
This is an easy project that can lead to other potential jobs/networking within our company. Must be honest and dedicated to something that will be great for many.
Would like to have completed ASAP.
