We are looking for a virtual receptionist working on a full-time basis for our serviced apartments based in the UK.
We are looking for an employee that takes on the level of responsibility and is efficient in managing customer queries along with managing the hotel bookings.
The ideal candidate shall have a "can do" approach and manage the site to a high standard.
Duties shall include:
1) Booking the visitors into the hotel and allocating the rooms
2) Speaking with the cleaning staff and ensuring that the rooms are clean and tidy
3) Speaking to the visitors via chat and also taking calls from them and answering questions
4) Checkout of staff and providing them with access codes to leave their keys when they leave
5) Refunding the deposits online to them after speaking with the cleaning staff
We are looking for a candidate that has:
1) Good organising skills
2) Very good English
3) Experience of the Hotel industry
4) Can take responsibility on and can work under pressure
