Web designer

I'm looking for a web designer who will create the page layout and logo for my blog. This is a one-time work.

The things that I'm looking for:
- logo for my blog
- very simple web design like the following one: ----------
- no fancy fonts, it works with fallback fonts as well
- no need for actual HTML/JS implementation, just looking for designs
- few pages at max (about/ articles / home page)
- mobile first design (iPhone + iPad + desktop size)
- color palette selection appretiate for my blog purpose and fitting for my objective goals
- can deliver it in the next two weeks
- design appropriate for a static website (no WordPress or other frameworks)

There will be more to do if the need arises.
