Adam Lopez LLC is currently seeking talent individuals to join our team in the role of Web Content Writer/Editor. This position will be responsible for the text content, researching, producing quality articles that will appear on our websites.
You will be involved in many web site projects and ongoing content updates. This will generally include text content, researching, preparing and editing information for our websites, blog, social media, etc, and performing other content production-related tasks per requirements from the Web Development team lead.
Skills
*Writes, designs and produces effective content including daily blogs, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, infographics, video testimonials, executive briefings, reference webinars, and other collateral.
*Use SEO best practices and keyword lists to create content and generate traffic to websites
*Adjust voice and style depending on target audience – internal employees or public content
*Create content strategy based on keyword volume, opportunity, audience interest, etc..
*Proactively edit existing collateral to reflect latest material
*Maximize distribution of content on different social platforms and websites
*Collaborate with Social Media Specialist, and work with Content Manager to develop strategy and content, prioritize initiatives, and finalize
*Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where it’s all about multi-tasking to get the job done.
*Working knowledge and experience using content management systems, social media tools and related web applications.
*Project management experience desired.
*Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to write clear and concise copy.
*Superior organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
*Relates well, listens attentively, and able to quickly determine and resolve important issues.
*Willingness to work until the job is satisfactorily completed and expectations met.
*Experience in the writing Property Management topics is a PLUS but not required
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree or better in the field of Journalism, English, or Communications
*Writing portfolio *required* (please submit, links and samples)
*Able to clearly express complex ideas in written and graphical form; skilled at adapting language, format and style for various media and audiences
*Skilled writer, preferably with blog-writing experience
*Able to take ownership and drive projects from beginning to end, working with multiple groups effectively and on multiple projects concurrently
*Attention to detail, strong editing and grammar skills, including ability to detect and correct errors
*Commitment to accuracy and quality work
*Strong communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
*Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
Position Type: Contract position, with possibility to move to F/T Salaried
