JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Generate new business opportunities using existing customer networks
Supervise Sales Team and Business Development Support Personnel to ensure sales increase
Report on the status of accounts and transactions to Head of Sales
Monitor sales metrics and generate reports (e.g. quarterly sales results,annual forecasts)
Set, track, and manage sales targets or quotas in alignment with the company’s goals and ---------- sign and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Skills and Qualifications
Proven sales experience and knowledge in professional lending preferred.
Strong selling, motivational and influencing skills with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services related products and overall financial services operations
Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, organization and planning skills
Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual channel with strong influencing and persuasion skills, at both the customer and internal levels
Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, Google Documents and Google Spreadsheet
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Have the ability to think and make decisions on their own.
