Job Description

Responsible in ISO Application and ISO partnership
Responsible in closing deals
Pre screening of requirements required for loan application.
Prepares documentation required for the processing of loans, reviews status of existing loans, takes appropriate action on loans that are mature or past due, and assists in loan closings.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence


Skills and Qualifications

Proven lending experience, credit union lending experience preferred.
Strong selling, motivational and influencing skills with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services related products and overall financial services operations
Demonstrated effective analytical, problem solving, organization and planning skills
Ability to effectively communicate in a virtual channel with strong influencing and persuasion skills, at both the customer and internal levels
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written consultative and public speaking skills
Ability to prioritize and develop action plans to maximize results
Have the ability to follow instructions and procedures appropriately
Have the ability to think and make decisions on their own.
