Digital Marketing Coordinator (VA)

Duties:
1. Commercial support
2. Events
3. Admin support
4. Calendar management
5. Executive support

Who you are (must have):
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Have excellent proofing, formatting and written [removed]able to write and speak in natural/local Australian terms or happy pick them up quickly).
3. You have excellent word processing and presentation skills
4. Be comfortable with Excel to create intuitive reports and dashboards including data collection, entry, cleaning, and the insights from it (with support).
5. You have a good understanding of Keynote (proposal writing program).
6. Experienced at coordinating senior resources across multiple organizations
7. Good problem-solving skills, driven, resourceful, able to think on their feet, resilient
8. Independent and pro-active
9. Be able to manage timelines and deliverables, multi-tasker
