Looking for Illustrator for Growing Amazon T-Shirt Business

I´m looking for an ambitous motivated individual looking to join growing T-shirt design company. This Illustrator will be a very important addition to the team. And must have the following skills:

Fluent in English
Organized
Can follow instructions
Loves to learn
Open to feedback

The designer must be able to do the following:
- Create ORIGINAL, MOSTLY HAND DRAWN creative T-shirt designs. Applicants with no illustration or hand drawm samples in their portfolio will no be accepted.
- Be able to create up to 50 designs a week.

AGAIN, if you mainly work with vectors and have zero illustration experience, please do not apply.
