QUALIFICATIONS:
Proven work experience as a Recruiter / Digital Marketing Recruiter
Experience in using different job portals such as LinkedIn, XING, Monster, Indeed, etc. and in networking via social media platforms
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems, CMS and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to understand and explain job requirements
Experience with various interview formats (e.g. Skype)
