Proactive/enthusiastic VA needed for research & organization at used car dealership

We are a small car dealership and are growing very quickly. We are streamlining our business processes and need an enthusiastic, self-motivated assistant to help us get to the next level! This will be a full time position. Main activities will be 1) Researching and compiling information on cars that we will purchase (common issues in those cars, CARFAX reports, retail/wholesale prices). 2) Responding to customer requests about vehicles enthusiastically
3) Researching parts and placing online orders
4) date entry: maintaining our files on every sale
