Magazine Editor Needed - Must have editor experience and able to work alone.

I am looking for someone who has experience putting together and online magazine. Some layout experience needed but overall need an editor type person to be in charge of all content in Magazine. Most of the content will be from contributing writers so not looking for any blog writer so anyone who just has writing skills.

Must have background in Magazine editorial position. Magazine is about the App Business so anyone with knowledge of apps and how the business works would be a bonus.

Must be very organized and be able to work unsupervised and deliver a monthly magazine.

Looking for a full time person but may start with part time.
