CEO of a small, growing consulting firm looking for a virtual assistant to help increase his productivity. Applicant will be responsible for managing multiple calendars,
Requirements:
- Fluency in written English, exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prefer ability to work flexible hours between 8am-6pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday, role is part-time with option for full-time as skills progress
- Personal computer
- Experience with SalesForce and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel required
- Able to follow step-by-step directions and learns new tasks and skills quickly
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work well in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness
- Ability to do internet searches to find basic data on prospects
Daily task will involve:
1. Manage CEO’s calendars
2. Transcribe inbound voi
3. Respond to inbound
4. Create simple customer profiles from public available data
5. Input customer data into SalesForce
