Shopify & Photoshop Va Is needed

Hello i am looking for VA that you will be part of my E-Commerce Team i am looking for a qualified VA that will be able to learn things ,Va that will be responsive and will deliver tasks in time.
The va that i am searching for is a person that will feel like he is part of the businesses and a person that will wont be afraid to give his own personal touch.
At the moment I Own 2 shopify websites and those are the tasks that i need to be filled:
*import revies for Products from aliexpress review app( i will need you to create/edit comments since i have pod stores and the products arent listed on aliexpress.

*Create MockUps For all My POD Items Using Photoshop so my product page will have good mockups of the pod items that i am selling.
*Upload couple of Products To My Shopify Store.
*Update Products Prices.
*Create (Photo/Video) Ads For Facebook + Upload Those Ads To My Facebook Fan Page.
*Create Short Videos For My Products that will fit for youtube/Instagram Influencers adversitment.

At the moment i am looking only to complete those specific tasks as one time job and not as continuously job but, if i will be satisfied with the results and i will be more profitable with my business i will be more then happy to hire the Va for a full time job if the results
Let me know if possible how much time you think it will take you to fulfill those tasks.
The minimum requemints for the desire candidate should have:
*Shopify platform understanding.
*Fluent english
*Photo shop skilles
*video editing skills.

I prefer to work on a hour base , i dont think the work should take more then 30-40 Hours Max
