JOB OVERVIEW

Hi,

My name is Ken and I currently run an Ecommerce & Amazon Company. I’m looking to hire someone to help me with project management and inventory management, working with suppliers and communicating between team members in my ecommerce business, so I can put forth more sales and marketing efforts and scale the business.

You’ll role will be very important to me in growing my business.

You'll be helping us with communication between team members, product suppliers and completing administrative work so I can take myself out of the operations and focus on continuing to grow the business.

I’m currently focusing far too much on the operations and administrative side of the business, and that’s where you come in…

If selected for the role, you going to help me complete tasks within the backend of our amazon account such as creating product listings and working on the administrative side of the business, helping with communication between team members, creating systems and organizing key components. You will be a key player in us achieving a huge milestone.

Here are a few questions for you to determine if you’d be a good fit for our organization:

Do you love to create order from chaos?
Do you love creating process maps and writing manuals?
Do you thrive by checking items off your list?
Are you so organized that you help keep others around you organized?
Do you charge ahead through obstacles so you can reach your goals?
Are you comfortable with tech (ok with learning how to use apps like slack, trello, asana, or basecamp)?
Are your communication skills superb and can you clearly communicate a task or instructions?
Are you available for 8 to 10 hours of the day?
Do you have experience in a project management role?
Do you have experience with inventory management (planning out orders, speaking with suppliers, making sure we don't run out of stock etc.)?

You need to answer yes to all these questions to realistically be a good fit for this position.

I have great expectations for you if you are selected for this position. I want you to succeed. And I want you to succeed at a high level. And I want you to enjoy your role here.

Here's what you need to know...

This is an ongoing position that we need fulfilled. As time passes your responsibilities and role in the company will grow. You need to be able to communicate very clearly with myself and my operations manager as well as our copywriter, graphics designer and our product suppliers. You will be the main hub that connects everyone and thus you must be extremely organized, efficient and have the ability to communicate very clearly.

About me:

You'll be working for someone who is nice, who cares about his employees, and someone who will support you.

He also has very high standards. He expects employees to be excellent and push toward the goals. He is more than willing to work with you and show you how to complete tasks and is happy to answer any questions you have, but you MUST be willing to learn these tasks on your own and over time be able to complete them on your own.

All of the necessary information and support will be provided up front in order for you to be successful, but you must show a willingness to become a more independent worker and a problem solver as the weeks progress.

You will be rewarded for excellent performance because he respects ---------- is not a common trait.

What is common - missed deadlines, excuses, poor quality work...those "common" traits will not work in this organization.

He likes to give an exact and descriptive outcome he wants to achieve and expects his employees to work towards that desired future state.

Pro = he is very picky and clearly articulates what he wants. Sometimes these goals are very lofty and too much for the average person to achieve.

Con = he is an entrepreneur who gets involved in many things, rarely finishes what he starts, changes his mind quickly, and isn’t much of a manager…you’ll have to come to terms with this.

If you know you’re an excellent candidate for this position apply today.
