Nature of work: The Amazon/eBay Product Assistant is required to provide the much needed technical and administrative support to the eCommerce store of one of our clients. He/She is responsible for ensuring that the products for sale online are updated, organized, and maintained properly.
Key responsibilities:
Examine each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria
List all items accurately, comprehensively, with no typos or spelling errors
Ensure there are detailed, clear, and appropriate photos for each product
Move and identify product for sale through the eCommerce store
Upload product information into computer
Provide information to the e-Commerce CSR for customer service inquiries
Review completed listings and ensure all the information is accurately represented
Give excellent customer service; respond to specific inquiries about

Additional responsibilities:
Assist in the order fulfillment process by printing sales orders, packing slips
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the listing area
Meet minimum daily listing goals
Minimum Requirements:
Fresh graduates or undergraduates are welcome to apply
Capacity to work autonomously but in close coordination with the line manager
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Has attention to detail and deadline-oriented creativity
