We are looking for someone who can take care of our online stores’ valued customers. You will be contacting them through
Your tasks will include:
- analyze customer issues and scenarios to come up with effective resolutions to ensure 100% satisfaction
- think of ways how to turn the customer’s bad experience into a satisfying buying experience in our store
- reach out to customers posting negative reviews about our products through phone and
- work with our Chinese product experts to find more effective ways to prevent the same issues and complaints from happening again

What We're Looking For:
1. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
2. Hardworking and flexible agents who have experience dealing with difficult customers through phone or
3. The quiet working environment at home, not near a rooster farm or a trickle station
4. Reliable wired Internet connection (no pocket wifi) and power source
5. Can work in shifting schedules, 6-days a week: Mon-Sat / AM Shift = 9am-6:30pm / PM Shift = 10pm-7:30am
6. Willing to work on holidays during peak seasons, like Christmas and New Year
7. Fast Learner, Computer Savvy, with Self-Discipline
8. Team player with Positive Attitude
9. Willing to Travel to Manila for Training
