Awesome T Shirt Designer Needed Urgently (print on demand designs)

Hello, I need someone who can work with me on a long term basis and help me create marvelous designs for my print on demand t shirts, mugs, hats, etc.

You should be someone who has experience in doing this job, and also possess the drive to excel. You must be able to bring my ideas to reality, and be available for skype calls so that I can tell you how I want the design to look.

Copyrights and plagiarized content will not be tolerated and you will not be paid.

I am looking for a designer who I can work with for atleast an year, so that it is a win win relationship for all.

Would need jpeg as well as psd files.
