Real Estate assistant

Aloha from Hawaii, we are looking for someone "part time" to join our growing real estate team. We are looking someone who can communicate clearly with all sorts of clients. We also have a large Filipino community in Hawaii that we would love to connect with so your mother language skills are crucial to help communicate with potential clients that can benefit from our real estate services. Also a must have is social media marketing skills. Flexible schedule is important as tasks will arise quickly and must be addressed in a proactive and timely manner. Basic real estate dashboards like Dotloop or Skyslope for document entry. Lastly the ability to create timelines for our clients so they are able to follow the transaction as we move forward in escrows.
