We are seeking a talented SEO expert to join our small but rapidly growing performance digital marketing agency in Australia. We pride ourselves on the results of our customers and understand that if our customers do not thrive and grow, neither will we. Our business has built a reputation of building highly successful SEO campaigns that transform our clients businesses and provide massive growth.

While rankings and traffic are important our sole focus is on leads, sales and conversions. We ensure that while customers will achieve higher rankings and more visitors using our services, it's all wasted if their site doesn't convert traffic into more revenue for their business.

If you have had link building experience in the past then you will be more highly regarded. Please note that if your link building strategy involves building social bookmarks, business directories then this role will not be suitable for you. We are looking for core experience in outreach, guest blogging and find high authority and highly relevant link opportunities.

Ideally however in this role, if you are willing to learn and you are coach-able with great communication and your work ethic is 110% then we will be willing to speak to you.

Your Skill Requirements:
- You must have 2 years minimum experience in search optimisation
- You must understand how to conduct keyword research and identify keywords with buying intent
- You must understand technical SEO (meta tags, site speed, site structure, sitemaps etc)
- You must understand local SEO
- You must understand how to provide white hat, ethical link building services (black hat will not be tolerated)
- You must have had experience in outreach and link building strategies
- You must understand site speed and how to improve speed and performance.
- You must have strong english and be able to assist with writing and optimising content for new pages on client website.
- You must have a deep understanding of Wordpress websites and how to optimise a site effectively
- You should have experience in ecommerce systems such as shopify, bigcommerce, Neto, woocommerce and this will be viewed favourably.
- Your ability to be coach-able and follow strict processes is paramount to your success.
- You must be an excellent communicator - poor communication will not be tolerated.
- You must have a strong work ethic and be available to work consistently throughout the agreed hours.

Position Requirements:
- You must be fully committed to a full time position with us and MUST NOT be working full time or part time elsewhere!
- You will work from your own location.
- You must have fast & reliable computer. (MAC or PC.)
- You must have fast & reliable internet connection.
- You must have good English speaking & writing skills.
- You must have strong communication skills with the ability to hit deadlines while working autonomously.
- You must be set up for occasional Skype calls with our team
- You must be setup and available for discussions within Slack.

The salary for this position is PHP 30,000 p/month (PHP 7,500 paid weekly via Paypal).
Depending on the quality of your work and experience we are open to negotiation on your final salary (between 30 - 50,000 PHP)

Full-Time position : Monday to Friday (8am - 4:30pm Filipino time with a 30 minute break.).
