Looking for Video Editor for Youtube Training Videos

Hi,

We are looking for a video editor with experience for YouTube videos. Must be able to edit video, add music, be able to watch video closely to edit out mistakes.

Most of the videos are a mix of someone talking and then screen sharing training videos.

Please list your experience with editing videos and also what software/tools you use.

Please list if you work on an hourly basis or per project basis and what your typically rates are if so.
