JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a full time administrative assistant to join a fast growing real estate company. Duties include:

- Email management
- Creating property flyers
- Creating activity reports for home sellers
- Researching properties for buyers
- Creating activity reports for vendors
- MLS entry
- Transaction coordination
- Third party site management
- Monitor buyer agent performance and phone calls
- Direct lead traffic amongst agents
- set up/cancel showings (phone)
- call customers for feedback
- send out requests for website reviews
- manage social media
- video editing

This is a full time position following Arizona Mountain Standard Time. Must have strong internet connection, headset, quiet workspace, be very organized and a clear speaker. Previous real estate experience preferred. Please apply with DISC profile
