Job Summary:
We believe a company’s reputation is both built and defined by the people who work on its front lines. This front-line position is an essential piece to our company’s success, and we don’t take that lightly. We appreciate the work that our product specialists do, and we believe in acknowledging and rewarding a job well done. Your job as a product specialist will be to assist our customers with their purchase decisions while striving to earn their business. When they buy, you’ll earn 50 PHP for the sale (on top of your regular salary). The more you sell, the more you make. There is no cap on how much you can earn. If you make 100 sales in one month, you’ll earn another 5,000 PHP. Additionally, when the team meets its monthly goal, everyone shares in the team bonus. When you do a good job, we will reward it.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Become an Expert: The only way to assist our customers with their purchase decisions and provide after-sale support, is to know our products inside and out. As such, the first phase of employment will be focused on learning our 50 products and their applications. This stage will take approximately one month. During this time, your new-found knowledge will be repeatedly put to the test. After successful completion of our training program, you will have earned your stripes as a product specialist and will be ready to be on the front lines.

2.Market your Expertise: Now that you’re an expert in our field, you will use your knowledge to support the marketing efforts of the website. This will be slightly different for everyone. For example, if you have experience in Article Marketing, then you’ll spend time writing articles while not talking to customers on the phone. Those articles you write will help drive traffic to the website. More traffic means more sales. More sales means a higher commission for you. Everyone will be working toward this same goal.

Working Hours:
You will work a 9 hour work day, and take one of those hours for lunch. We have several shifts available, but most likely your hours will coordinate with the American work day.

Skills Required:
•Excellent written and spoken English
•Ability to work independently; self-motivated
•Detailed oriented, strong organization skills
•Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales
•Experience in 1-2 of the following: Content writing, article marketing, link building, social media management, video editing, graphic design, Google analytics, Google Webmaster Tools
•Bachelor’s degree

Selection Process:
1.Candidates that meet the above requirements will be asked to participate in an initial evaluation consisting of a written assessment and a mock customer service call. These assessments are utilized to measure the candidate’s ability to speak English, write English, and comprehend English.
2.The second phase will be an SEO assessment, this will vary depending on your SEO specialty area.
3.The third phase of interviews will be a video Skype call with the management team.
