Social Media Manager and Marketing Specialist

Tinsel Digital is looking for someone who can come on board as Digital Marketing Manager for our startup business. We need someone who is creative, positive, energetic and reliable who will be able to come up with fresh ways and ideas to sell a brand’s products, brainstorm a digital marketing strategy, engage the brand’s audience and grow the business.

MUST HAVES:
- Have the creativity to generate content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter (crafting scripts and viral video content)
- Social media savvy - if you have never used Instagram, Snapchat or Twitter before, this position is not for you
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good organizational and time management skills
- The ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative
- Honesty and reliability
- Attention to detail
- Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Must be looking to make a long-term commitment

* Reliable and trustworthy
* Have good reliable fast internet connection
* Knowledge and experience with marketing and advertisement management (SEO/graphic design) is advantage

NOTE: Salary will be project-based.

Tasks will include:
-Brainstorming and strategizing marketing ideas
-Social Media Management (For Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and in some cases, snapchat and youtube)
-Manage Facebook and instagram ads
-SEO
-Content creativity (mostly for photos and videos)
-Content Writing
-Email Marketing
-Photo Editing Skills/Video Editing Skills/Animation Video Skills
-Graphic Design (Logo Design/social media cover layouts)
