Main projects for this position are :

• Customer service via phone 08:00 - 16:00 (PH office hours)(it is very important to have a phone-friendly environment with no background noise)
• Customer service via mail, chat and various other channels
• Monitoring security cameras and notifying other staff members if suspicious activity is spotted.
• Personal assistance to managers with various tasks
• Reservations (making new reservations, reviewing and auditing)
• And many more

We are only looking for long term staff members, as this job required a lot of training.
The tasks are very important and require ambition and precise execution.
