Virtual Assistant for Content Writing and Guest Post LinkBuilding/SEO

I'm seeking a virtual assistant who is able to write excellent content in English and is also able to do outreach and build high quality links from guest posts on real websites. While taking care of onpage and other SEO factors, and helping websites rank for specific keyword terms.
Skills with Wordpress and Web Design will also be prefered.

The pay is negotiable and I might also recruit more than one VA for this due to the amount of work required.
