Marketing Campaign Manager

I'm looking for a Marketing Manager at my Digital Agency, Acquire New Clients, who can help me manage my clients accounts and help generate leads for their Gym. I'm not looking for a "Facebook Expert" but someone who is willing to learn about how digital advertising works and is coachable - that is the most important factor. Obviously, Facebook Ad skills would be a bonus however.
