An experienced real estate Cold Caller (off market leads)

I will provide lists of motivated sellers to cold call. First, the leads need to be skip- traced in order to locate owner. Once their primary/active phone numbers are located, you will need to cold call them using a script that I will also provide.

The goal of this venture is to source motivated sellers and determine how motivated they are to sell their house. If they are ready to sell and/or contemplating selling, you will schedule an appointment with the seller at their house. This appointment will be set for a convenient time for the seller. Time is money! Set the appointment immediately if possible. For every lead that I close you will receive a bonus of $500 USD.

Applicant for this position MUST have cold calling experience int he real estate field and also be able to speak clear english and know how to use Google translate for leads who speak Spanish as our target market is mostly hispanic.
