Immediate Job Opening: Web Developer / Programmer

Good Day,

My name is Justin Yong and I’m an Internet business owner that is based in Singapore and the owner of inspiredome.com & Catching Clicks Pte Ltd.

Our company currently requires assistance from a “Web Developer / Programmer” to help grow the business.

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with us as we grow and expand this business and launch new products.

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime web project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

Web Development assistance (Main Responsibility):
- Analyzing current websites and making changes / updates and functionality changes

- Creating /Developing / Coding Dynamic Websites (HTML / PHP / Java Script / Etc)

- Creating /Developing / Coding a Website from scratch (Non Wordpress)

- Creating /Developing / Coding Wordpress Website And Blogs from scratch

- Creating /Developing / Coding Custom Wordpress themes based on requirements

- Creating /Developing / Coding a Wordpress Site based on Photoshop Design

- Creating /Developing / Coding Theme & Design of Wordpress site

- Adding and configuring specific widgets and plugins

- Regular maintenance of Wordpress sites

Training on our company’s structure and processes will be provided and specialization training might be provided based on proficiency and capabilities of the candidate.

This position requires good English verbal skills for conversing and good English written skills for communication.

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and must also be able to have consistent and reliable communication through an online virtual phone system (Skype is preferred and can be used for free), email and mobile (Whatsapp/Skype).

This position may expand to include new responsibilities over time if the candidate acquires or possesses more skills.

*Possessing web and graphic design skills is a BIG PLUS!

*Experience with SEO or social media marketing is also a PLUS.

*Management skills and ability to train team members is also a PLUS!

Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients. We treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on results and speed of work and of course quality. The priority is that the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done. When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
- Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week

- Business hours are generally 9am-6pm Singapore local Time (GMT+8) [Negotiable per 9 hr period]

- Current Business Times can be negotiated (Possible Half Day work for Part Timers)

- Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone or instant message (Skype) during confirmed business hours and responsive to myself and possible clients.

- Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on our Skype Call
