Virtual Real Estate Acquisition Manager

I hope all is well! My name is Ackeem and I am looking to begin my real estate investing journey. I am thinking of using virtual wholesaling as my bridge to becoming familiar with real estate and hopefully using that revenue to create income from rental properties and more.

I know I don't need any of my own cash or credit to get started but would need specialized knowledge which I am hoping to attain and also leverage you as a resource to make this achievable. I've seen several individuals who are wholesaling virtually and this is something that I believe will create a business model that will enable me to close deals no matter my location.

Ideally, I am looking to build a team of a virtual assistant and a acquisition manager. A few tasks include lead generation using a series of channels such as MLS, Craigslist, social media, etc for both motivated sellers and buyers list, manage the CRM, set up 800 number and click2mail (direct mailing) accounts and all other necessary components to get started.

For the acquisition manager, I am looking for someone I can count on to be additional eyes on analyzing the deals with the V.A that are presented as great deals and close the deals quickly and efficiently via calls with appropriate contracting in place based on state and legal requirements, set up inspection/contractors as well as photo appointments and make recommendations based off of experience.
