Google Adwords PPC Specialist

I am starting to add PPC to my list of services provided to my Clients and need a specialist who has lots of experience running adwords campaigns. There will be no training as I do not do any adwords PPC so please have lots of experience and able to do it all on your own AND get results as the clients do not pay for poor results so be able to get clicks and conversions that are high.
