JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a person who will supervise the finance activities of the company and is the chief financial spokesperson during meetings and client transactions. An EXPERT in all premeditated and planned matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, expenditure forecasting, and the securing of new assets by using the best practices found in Mike Mann’s book Make Millions and Make Change, Best Practices Guide and by keeping in mind the 2013 Business Model for all the companies under Mike Mann, which includes ProHR.com LLC.



Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

Covers business planning, projections, reports, fundraising, cashflow, A/R and A/P, etc.;

Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.

Helps manage in dealing financial activities with Human Resources Team;

Manage all completed paid client contracts in good standing to be forwarded to the Client Service Operations/Client Relations Department;

Responsible in notifying in advance if services are in the waiting list for discontinuance in order, for the assigned team may gauge as to what proper procedures and precautions to be used;

Expert in Investigating cost-effective service fees and benefit plans, which the company may offer to clients with the goal of attracting and retaining good clients;

Oversee the financial activities through monthly reports including reconciliations of expenditures versus income as well as financial statements and cash flow projections;

Assists the Human Resources team in the plan, execution, and appropriate calculations of sales incentives and commissions;

Accountable in maintaining systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the company;

Administer all purchasing and payroll activity for clients/customers and staff; and

Be acquainted with and be receptive to the needs of all clients.



QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

MUST be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA);

Completion of a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy;

Completion of a master’s degree In Business Administration, Entrepreneurial Marketing, Financial Accounting, and Law & Taxation is a PLUS.

Skills and Aptitude

Minimum of 3 years financial management or financial consultancy experience;

Has solid experience in forecasting, modeling, analyzing, and advising on business financial operations;

Must be keen on figures and accurate in gathering financial transaction;

Ability to learn new concepts and technologies;

Ability to manage potential risks;

Strong organizational skills is required;

Technologically adept and has the initiative to learn new skills;

Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills;

Ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English);

Demonstrates proficiency with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications including but not limited to Project Management, Word, Excel, Google Docs, etc.;

Knows how to handle working in a high-pressure environment;

Must have superior PSDM (problem solving and decision making) skills and conflict management abilities;

With good ethics, integrity, and business judgment;

Meeting deadlines is strictly a requirement (ability to work with tight deadlines);
