creative T-shirt designer

I am looking for a creative designer who can create high-quality designs
You are paid twice a month with a raise in pay after 3 months of successful work.
Expect me to pay you an extra monthly bonus depending on how your designs perform.

Your Design skills should enable you to choose fitting colors in each picture, compose your designs so they don't look off balance, you have to be able to imagine the anatomies of the future customer and you must be able to do all jobs without using assets from other Designs you may find on the web. We are very strict here and check every Design. If you send 3+ Pictures with stolen assets we will cancel you off.

The perfect candidate would be a creative artist who is both on time with their work and has lots of unique ideas.

I will be sending you links to niches/ideas. Your job will be simple. Take the underlying niche/idea, and create your own artwork that is more visually appealing and attractive to potential buyers. I will be hands-off with your creativity as long as everything created is unique in your own style.

Once you have completed the first batch of designs, and everything is working out, this will turn into a long-term position as 1000's of designs are needed.

I will require all artwork to be illustrated by you.

Necessary Skills:
- Illustrator and Photoshop - Excellent Design Skills - with a proven track record in t-shirt design
- Very Good English, both written and spoken
- Good and Stable internet connection
- Organised and Reliable - Meet Deadlines
- Motivated to learn & grow
- Google Docs / Google Sheets / Folder Organization
- Have fun and enjoy yourself!

Day To Do:
- Initially, there is a paid trial period before being hired full-time to ensure a good fit.
- We will be in daily communications. You will receive design details with concept ideas and necessary references. You will then be responsible in taking those ideas and creating amazing designs.
- You will be working mostly independently without guidance. Self-motivation and honesty is very important
- Keep open communication about the progress and check for approval on designs.
- I will require any artwork that you use to be linked to when delivering the designs to me so that i can check that they are free for commercial use.
- I will require you to provide both edibles and pngs of the art you submit.

To select the best fitting candidate we will undertake you a paid designing test where you have to show us your skills.
