Full Time AMAZON Store Manager

We are looking for people who can take care of our online stores’ valued customers. You will be providing resolutions, troubleshooting steps, and product information through phone, chat, and/or email.

Your tasks will include:
- answer customer inquiries and complaints through phone, chat, and/or email
- analyze customer issues and scenarios to come up with effective resolutions to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- think of ways how to turn the customer’s bad experience into a satisfying buying experience in our store
- do online product training, research, and issue documentation to continuously improve your product knowledge and efficiency

What We're Looking For:
1. Excellent English speaking and writing skills
2. Hardworking and flexible agents who have experience dealing with difficult customers through phone, chat, and/or email
3. Quiet working environment at home, not near a rooster farm or a tricyle station
4. Reliable wired Internet connection (no pocket wifi) and power source
5. Can work in shifting schedules, 6-days a week: Mon-Sat / AM Shift = 9am-6:30pm / PM Shift = 10pm-7:30am
6. Willing to work on holidays during peak seasons, like Christmas and New Year
7. Fast Learner, Computer Savvy, with Self-Discipline
8. Teamplayer with Positive Attitude
9. Willing to Travel to Manila for Training
