Visual Content + Social Media Specialist

ROLE:
Looking to hire a Visual Content + Social Media Specialist to join our growing agency. This is a full-time position for a versatile candidate that can orchestrate all aspects of a social media campaign - from content creation to account monitoring to paid advertising to reporting. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Has least 4 years social media marketing experience
* Understands Sprout Social or similar reporting software
* Can create engaging content for social through photography, design, and video
* Possesses a strong eye and creative direction
* Thoroughly understands Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, and Snapchat
* Is experienced and capable with Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
* Writes clear, concise copy for social posts
* Utilizes analytics to optimize advertising and organic campaigns
* Can work within budgets to maximize advertising dollars
* Has an entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter
* Extremely detail-oriented, technologically savvy, and a team player
* Excellent interpersonal skills, and independent work style
