We are a Web Design company based in Australia. Currently, we have over 400 clients. This will open many doors for the successful candidate, as our company has been operating for the last 7 years and is continuing to grow very quickly.
We are looking to employ a Quality Assurance & Project Manager's Assistant (VA) with exceptional planning and coordination experience.
You will be responsible for providing general administration support to out Web Design & IT Manager, as well as Quality Assurance testing of websites that our web designers have completed.
Please note that this is a Full-Time position, that requires you to work during Australian business hours from 9am – 5pm.
This position has two main roles:
1) Quality Assurance; and
2) Personal Assistant
Quality Assurance:
For this part of the role, you will be required to:
- Check that completed websites meet our standards and requirements;
- Test website functionality - forms, buttons, site maps, etc.
- Proofread English
Personal Assistant:
For this part of the role, you will be required to:
- Create and coordinate plans for multiple projects
- Have an understanding of web technologies
You should have experience in the following:
- Business
- Project Management
- Web Design
- Computers (generally)
- MS Office
It is not required, but would be an advantage if you have:
- IT or Project Management Degree
- Can use Wordpress
- Understand Prince2 and its methodologies
