Customer Support and Marketing Representative

You will be handling customer service for a couple of online e-commerce websites.

We've been in business since 2006 and our company is growing to the point where we need additional help.

This job involves handling phone calls, live chat, orders, updating orders. Sending emails to clients in a professional and courteous manner. You will be updating the website with new content and various other tasks to keep you busy if there are down times such as writing or blog commenting or social media posting. So your written English needs to be on par with your oral English.

You need to be available from 8:30 am to 5 pm EST time. Monday to Friday.

We need someone who is trustworthy, who is willing to work hard and help us grow our business. We need someone who is a genuinely nice person and who cares about clients.

You will be using time doctor software to monitor your work and hours. It takes screenshots of your work in case you decide to go on vacation... ;) We would rather tell you up front.

What you need:

Excellent English Oral and Written
Preference to American accents
Preference to call center experience
Enjoy working with customers
A good work ethic
a good attitude
a great internet connection
a recent computer
a quality mic/headset

You cannot spend your day watching movies.
Spend your day playing on facebook and multiple other tasks unless you are on your break.
