Multimedia Artist

Job Description:

-Read and understand provided scripts
-Produce creative, inventive and compelling storyboards in accordance with the script and pre-established -creative style and technical guidelines of the project
-Coordinate and collaborate with other team members as required
-Finalize and compile all assets needed for shoot and editing
-Attend and be able to contribute valuable inputs to shoots and meetings
-Edit footage into specifications created during the storyboarding process
-Animate assets in engaging, compelling, and creative manner
-Communicate with immediate supervisor regarding task progress
-Review and adhere to the guidelines and instructions given by the Creative Head and Project Managers
-Meet project deadlines, milestones, and goals, as set by the Creative Head and Project Managers

Requirements:

Must-Haves
-A great attitude and work ethic
-A growth mindset and a willingness to improve self as well as the team and company
-Excellent composition skills
-Be able to grasp academic concepts and present them in ways the audience will understand and be engaged
-Work collaboratively with a team while also being able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Follow instructions and notes from team members
-Must be passionate for his/her craft and have high standards for outputs
-Knowledgeable of the ins and outs of video production
-Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects

Good-to-Haves
-2 years or more of experience of video production in a professional setting
-Background in EdTech, especially online learning.
-Knowledge of Instructional Design

Education
-Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication or equivalent
-Master’s Degree is an advantage
