Role Overview
Your role as the accounts officer to manage the accounts of the business including AP, AR, timesheets and Payroll and reconciliation. You will also prepare reports when required.
Your role as the contract administration officer is to manage all commercial agreements with clients and contractors including creation of contracts, renewal of contracts and termination of contracts.
Your will provide key operational services instrumental to the growth of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES
AR & AP
Oversee finance systems managing transaction flows from source through interfaces to general ledger.
Ensure finance ledgers are maintained on a timely basis, are accurate and complete, and structured for the dual purpose of providing relevant information to internal users and meeting statutory obligations.
Oversee all accounts receivable and accounts payable activities from approval to
Payroll & Timesheets
Create and manage all commercial agreements with clients
Onboard new resources, complete onboarding checklist and manage agreements with resources
Manage renewals of resources through renewals checklist
Complete termination checklist for each resource that is terminated
Advise team of upcoming renewals
Mange the timesheet collection process for all consultants and associated entities.
Manage the payroll and related functions from validation of timesheets through to paying entitlements and ensuring client invoices align to approved timesheets.
